Beginning Jan. 1, anyone seeking a disorder driver ticket or ID must show at least four pieces of identification, which may include a birth certificate, social security card or — for those who have dropped their maiden name — even a marriage certificate. The changes could lead to confusion and longer waits at the local DMV office.
